Description: Smooth a sequence of 'terra' rasters using various
        algorithms (currently moving average, weighted moving average,
        and exponential smoothing). Also includes wrappers to smooth a
        vector time-series using these same algorithms. All smoothers
        use 'Rcpp' implementations for performance.
